Valerio Foods began over 20 years ago in the heart of Ciudad Juárez, inside a small family kitchen where every meal was made from scratch and every recipe was passed down with love.
What started as a local tradition quickly turned into a business, driven by the dream of sharing real Mexican flavor — not the factory-made kind, but the kind that tastes like home. From our early days, we focused on doing things right: using fresh ingredients, slow-cooking our beans, and blending our salsas with secret family recipes, just like our abuela taught us.
Today, we proudly operate as a family-run company producing daily in three shifts and exporting our vacuum-packed salsas and beans to El Paso, Texas, and Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Now, we're ready for more. Our goal is to bring our products to new cities across the region, working hand-in-hand with grocery stores that want to offer their customers the authentic taste of northern Mexico — made in Juárez, ready to serve anywhere
